🔹 Returns Eligibility

You can request a return if:

The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
You contact us within 7 days of delivery.
The product is unused and in original packaging.
You provide photo/video proof of the issue.

🔹 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Beauty or personal care products
Underwear, swimwear, or hygiene items
Custom or clearance items

🔹 Return & Refund Process

Once approved, you’ll receive the return address (Zambeel supplier).
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection.
Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless it’s our mistake.

🔹 Order Cancellation
